For many years, I dreamed of having a big historic house where I could establish a little microcosm of an Artists' Colony, inviting my friends over to be creative: music, collage, theater, dance, exhibits, feasts, celebrations, a counter-cultural revolution against a dehumanizing economy and age of technology.

After Lyme destroyed my life, I got the opportunity to build a new one from the ground up. It was 2021 when I went into remission, reborn into a world of pandemic, global conflict, environmental crisis, and the rise of artificial intelligence (and the decline of real intelligence). My dream wasn't just a fun idea anymore; it was now a possibility, and perhaps a necessity. This little "Noah's Ark" I was building in my imagination suddenly needed to sail through some very real storms.

I finally got to settle in Europe, where inflation and housing crises meant the full vision would have to wait. But that doesn't mean I couldn't start building. With inspiration from the Dada movement, some other visionaries, and a lot of luck, I was able to gather a little tribe to start scribbling, dancing, and pot-banging our way into a new way of life with The Dada Nouveau Society. Like the Cabaret Voltaire, the Ya-Ya Sisterhood, Goonies, and Joy Luck Club before us, we need very little of success and happiness in this world; only each other.
