My Lyme Story: If we were raised in a culture of "No Pain, No Gain" or "suffering for Christ", how could we ever accept self-care and rest for healing?

If I am to remember God's love in my darkest times, I would ask Him to remember what it's like to grieve so hard you drown the whole world.
